What is the best thing about your job?
The variety. No two days are the same, and I love the constant challenge of thinking on my feet, solving problems and learning something new. It keeps me engaged and curious, which is so important to me.
What advice would you give to your 20-year-old self?
Don’t be in such a rush. Take time to explore, make mistakes, and trust that it’s all part of the journey. And remember, no one really has it all figured out—so be kind to yourself.
What are you particularly proud of?
My children. They are the best part of me, and seeing the world through their eyes has made me a better person.
What was your biggest defeat?
Letting stress and work take over at certain points in my life. I wish I’d realised earlier that taking care of myself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
What is your favourite wine?
I rarely drink alcohol, but when I do I enjoy a crisp, elegant Sancerre—it’s refreshing and pairs perfectly with a quiet evening or good conversation.
What is most important to you at the moment?
Balance and presence. I want to be there for the moments that matter, whether it’s with my family, friends, or even just for myself.
What fashion brand do you like to wear the most?
I lean towards timeless classics, so brands like Max Mara or Joseph resonate with me—they’re simple, elegant, and make me feel confident.
What would be the biggest surprise for someone who had to do your job for a day?
How much emotional energy it takes. It’s not just about making decisions or crunching numbers—it’s about understanding people and navigating different personalities and priorities.
What is your personal drive?
To create a life that feels meaningful. Whether that’s supporting my family, helping someone grow, or achieving something I’m proud of, I’m motivated by the idea of leaving things a bit better than I found them.
What do your employees value most about you?
I think they see that I genuinely care. I want to see them succeed, and I try to be honest and supportive while giving them the space to grow.
Your best investment?
Time spent on self-reflection and personal growth. It’s helped me make better decisions, be a better parent, and navigate life with more intention.

She holds a BSc in Applied Mathematics from the Université Nice-Sophia Antipolis (France) and an MSc in Economics & Financial Engineering from the Université Paris Dauphine (France).
